Site occupancy is one camping unit and two vehicles.The family rate covers two adults and their children 18 and under. Extra adults, kids, camping units and vehicles are an additional charge.
11:00PM - 8:00AM. Please be considerate of your neighbor at all times -day and night. No radios,TV's or loud talking after 11 PM. No set-up of camping units allowed after 11:00PM. All children under 18 must return to their campsite by dusk.
At no time will guests be allowed to joy ride or start an ORV such as quads, 3-wheelers, motorbikes, etc. in the park. Revving of dune buggies, dirt bikes, quads, etc. will not be tolerated. Tune them at the dunes please! Only street legal vehicles allowed in park. Proof of insurance required on golf carts and scooters. All motorized vehicles are to be driven by licensed drivers only.
The speed limit is to be observed at all time throughout the park.
All visitors must register at the office upon arrival, pay visitor fee, and park where directed. Visitors must leave the park by 10:00PM. No newly arriving visitors admitted after 9:00PM.
No overnight add-on guests allowed to a reservation involving holiday weekends.
For safety of rider and pedestrians there is no bike riding after dark. Bike riding is not allowed on any sidewalks.
Pets must be kept leashed when outside your camping unit and not left unattended at any time. YOU must clean up all messes. Pets are not allowed in the bathhouse, store, or playground. Pets must not disturb other campers with barking or aggressive behavior. Pets are not allowed in the cabins.
All campfires should be in fire rings only, and not left unattended at any time. Do not cut firewood on site, or put garbage in your campfire. Moving fire rings will result in a $25.00 fine. Please be mindful of children around fire, and always put your fire out when retiring for the night.
Fireworks are prohibited in the campground at ALL times.
Dumpsters & recycling bins are located as you exit the park. Please dispose of all garbage in correct receptacles. Again, your campfire is NOT for garbage.
Do not dig trenches or holes, play horseshoes or any other game which damages the campsite. Campsite must be kept clean during the length of your stay. Please respect our property and leave the campsite as it was found. Breathable camping mats must be used if your stay is longer than three days.
Any damage to our resort will be charged to the registered responsible party and you may be evicted from the resort. Parents or guardians will be held responsible and financially liable for actions of their children, wards, visitor, and themselves.
Alcohol is allowed at your own site in moderation and in unmarked containers. At no time will alcohol be allowed in the bath- house, camp store, or swimming pool.
Profanity of any kind will not be tolerated.This is a family campground and we ask that you respect other guests.
A 7-day notice is required prior to scheduled day of arrival. A $10.00 cancellation fee taken on acceptable cancellations. Cancellations within 7 days of scheduled stay will result in NO refund. There are no refunds for early departures.
If security or management has to come to your site for any disruptive behavior, you will be asked to leave in a quiet and orderly fashion. If you do not, the authorities will be called. We value your patronage but we will not tolerate any guests who disregard or disrespect their neighbors and our property.
Pool hours are 10:00 am until 10:00 pm or dusk. No lifeguards on duty; SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. No running, jumping, or rough play. Small inflatables are allowed as long as they are not bothersome to other swimmers. Swimmers need to shower prior to entering the pool area and have proper swimming attire. Music is permitted as long as it is through the use of headphones. Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Children who are not yet toilet trained must wear swimming diapers or "swimmies". No food, alcohol or smoking in the pool area. The pool is open from Memorial Day through the Apple & BBQ Cook-Off Festival weekend.
Pond: For liability reasons and your safety, please do not swim in the pond.
- We can not guarantee any specific site at any time. However, we will do our best to accommodate our guests request.
- MUST BE 21 to reserve a campsite. For groups of all adults, we do ask that everyone is at least 21 years old.
- Deposits must arrive in our office within 7 days from the day you called to make the reservation. If the required deposit is not received within that time, your reservation will be cancelled.
- $25 fee on NSF checks. Please Note: We do not accept checks at time of check-in.
- If you are asked to leave the park due to any violation of the above-mentioned rules, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
